Accountable Communities for Health Oversight Committee

The Accountable Communities for Health Oversight Committee is an executive operations working group focused on governance, community engagement, and sustainability as the core elements of an accountable community for health. The ACH Oversight Committee is responsible for elevating the learnings from the California Accountable Communities for Health Initiative (CACHI) project to all elements of the Health Action and for providing oversight of the project.

The Committee is comprised of local healthcare, social service, education, public agency, and community leaders with specific knowledge, skills, and abilities to advance the core elements of the ACH model toward achieving systems-level transformation.
