   Objective: Inform CHI members and partners about the County of Sonoma’s vaccine distribu-tion, implementation, and planning, and strategize how CHI members can participate collec-tively and effectively.

   Objective: Inform CHI members and partners about countywide collaboration for aligned, coordinated communications to educate and inspire all Sonoma County residents to get vac-cinated, and about opportunities to participate.
4. CHI Annual Environmental Scan for 2021

   Objective: Discuss ongoing and emerging issues in 2021 that affect health and health care deliv-ery in Sonoma County and potential action by CHI in response.
