TranslateCommittee for Healthcare Improvement
The Committee for Healthcare Improvement (CHI), formerly a standing committee of Health Action, is a coalition of healthcare providers and community health partners across Sonoma County who are leading healthcare system improvement. With Health Action sunsetting in early 2022, CHI leaders turned to exploring the committee’s own potential, independent future, gathering insights and perspectives from key stakeholders. An emerging theme is that there continues to be many opportunities and issue areas for focused health system collaboration. More information about a proposed "CHI 2.0" is coming soon.
