3. COVID Vaccine Public Health Report (Presentation & Discussion)

   Objectives: Inform CHI members and partners about current COVID case and vaccine rates, County and community planning for vaccine booster, and new resources and planning for focused outreach in response to low vaccination rates in Medi-Cal population.
4. Proposed Aid in Dying CHI Work Group (ACTION Item)

   Objective: Approve a short-term work group to develop a system for educating local medical providers toward supporting people’s choices regarding aid in dying.
