2. Reflection on our 2020 Work – What have we Accomplished?

Objective: Capture the progress we’ve made in each tier of the Portfolio of Interventions so we can celebrate our collective accomplishments in spite of the challenges of this year and understand where we are now in our work. This is an important first step in framing goals and priority conversations for 2021. We plan to share the 2020 accomplishments with CHI and Health Action.

We’ll look at each tier of the POI starting with the Foundational work and take about 5 minutes on each section to capture areas of progress and accomplishment that your organization has worked on. The Leadership Team has identified some accomplishments in each tier to get us started, but we want to hear from each of you in order to make sure we fully reflect the work of all partners. Please also use the chat to contribute accomplishments.

3. Looking Ahead to 2021 – Identifying Key Priorities & Conversations

Facilitators: Leadership Team

Objective: Given the progress that we’ve made this year, and the challenges facing our community, where and how do we need to focus our work together in 2021? What areas of our work most need our collective efforts to move them forward? What are the most important conversations that we need to build into our meetings? Who is missing from our table?

The HSC Leadership Team has identified some possibilities but we need your input and ideas. Today’s conversation will guide our planning meeting later this month. We’ll come back to this group in January with some proposed high-level goals and a meeting calendar for 2021.
