3. Cardiovascular Disease Trends in Sonoma County

Objective: DHS Research & Epidemiology will share publicly available sources of data for monitoring cardiovascular health and review trends over the last 10 years for Sonoma County.

Given these focus areas, what additional data might we track and report on to measure our effectiveness?
