6. Cradle to Career: Portrait of a Graduate Preview & Breakout Discussion

Dan Blake, Director of Innovation & Partnerships, Sonoma County Office of Education

Objectives:

• Preview the Portrait of a Graduate product informed by Health Action Council members to gain a deeper understanding of the project in preparation for the formal launch
• Identify how Health Action Council members can use this information to maximize impact
• Commit to championing and/or endorsing Portrait of a Graduate
