2. Caritas Village - Health is Housing

Time: 8:10 – 8:40 a.m.

Presenters: Rebecca Kendall, Chief Development Officer, Catholic Charities

Naomi Fuchs, Chief Executive Officer, Santa Rosa Community Health

Objective: Engage Health Action members in the purpose of Caritas Village, a historic collaboration between Catholic Charities, Burbank Housing, and Santa Rosa Community Health.

3. Health Action Redesign Update & Visioning Conversation

Time: 8:40 - 9:00 a.m.

Presenters: Leah Benz, Health Program Manager, Department of Health Services

Lisa Carreño, President & Chief Executive Officer, United Way of Wine Country

Objective: Brief Health Action members on progress of the Health Action Redesign and continue designing the community-led, shared vision.

4. Equity-Focused COVID Vaccine Communications and Access

Time: 9:00 - 9:15 a.m.

Presenters: Jason Cunningham, Chief Executive Officer, West County Health Centers

Paul Gullixson, Communication Manager, County of Sonoma

Objective: Rally Health Action members and partners around supporting and amplifying countywide collaboration on equity-focused communications and access to enable all Sonoma County residents to get vaccinated.

5. Health Action Chapter Spotlight

Time: 9:15 - 9:25 a.m.

Presenter: Leah Benz, Health Program Manager, Department of Health Services

Objective: Hear an update from Health Action Chapters on their work on racial equity and Self-Healing Communities and learn ways to get involved.
