Health Action Council Meeting

Join the Health Action 2.0 Interim Board members to hear the progress from the past 8 weeks on the road to becoming Health Action 2.0! As a reminder, the Health Action Council voted to sunset itself as an Advisory Body to the Board of Supervisors on February 4, 2022. This April 1 Council meeting date/time is being repurposed to share the progress with the transition to Health Action 2.0, the work to develop a new Agenda for Action in response to the Portrait of Sonoma County 2021 Update, and to solicit input and answer questions from you as stakeholders and community members.
